Q: What do “Starter / Signature / Full Scale” mean?
They reflect increasing scope and coverage.
- Starter = lean & focused (usually 1 platform)
- Signature = broader coverage (2 platforms, more volume)
- Full Scale = comprehensive service (3+ platforms, full production or managed community)
Q: How do I know which tier fits me?
Ask yourself: How many platforms do you want to focus on? How many posts/assets do you need? How much community engagement? The tier aligns with those factors. During our call we’ll confirm the best fit and provide a tailored quote.
Q: What if I only need one platform but want some features of a higher tier?
No problem - we can customise. The price table gives you standard blocks, but we’ll tailor your quote to reflect exactly what you need.
Q: Are the platform numbers strict?
They’re a guideline. They help clients know what’s included at each level. If you want “Signature” depth but just 1 platform, we’ll discuss volume or ramp-up accordingly.
Q: Photography/videography charges still separate?
Yes. Any shoot or production vendor fees are not included in the package price. Your selected tier covers strategy, direction, copywriting, optimisation, scheduling and community.
Q: What’s the minimum commitment for monthly management?
For the Content + Community Management offering, we recommend a 3‑month minimum at your chosen tier. It gives time to establish momentum and measure impact.
Q: We’re outside NZ — can we still work together?
A: Absolutely. I’m based in Queenstown but work across New Zealand and Australia. If travel is required for on‑site work, those costs will be discussed separately.
